NBC’s Chuck Todd on IRS scandal: ‘Are there any actual real victims?’

Falling back on the proverb that “two wrongs don’t make a right,” NBC political reporter Chuck Todd set off a firestorm on Twitter Wednesday when he dared to ask if “there are any actual real victims” of the IRS targeting of tea party groups.
