Like a scene out of a Hollywood action movie, the exact moment U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl was handed over to American forces was caught on video by his Taliban captors.
According to Fox News, the video was emailed to media outlets on Wednesday, and the Pentagon said it had “no reason to doubt [its] authenticity.”
With armed Taliban fighters all around, a Black Hawk helicopter is seen in the video landing in a remote area.

“We told them there are 18 armed fighters and the Americans said that’s all right,” a narrator said on the 17-minute video.
Three men emerge from the Black Hawk and approach two militants walking toward them with Bergdahl — one of the militants is carrying a white flag.
“Don’t come back to Afghanistan,” a Taliban fighter told the POW before the helicopter landing. “You won’t make it out alive next time.”
The comment was made in the Afghan language Pashto, with laughter heard in the background.
In the tense scene, the men from the Black Hawk shake hands with the Taliban fighters as the transfer takes place. The chopper is on the ground for less than a minute, but the bravery on display by the American forces is striking.
