Gotta love those Democrat dog whistles.
At a campaign forum earlier this month, New Mexico governor wannabe Alan Webber stoked his crowd by asking their help in sending Gov. Susana Martinez “back to wherever she really came from.”
Webber pauses just long enough to let the “joke” sink in and grab a few laughs, before he says, “I suspect it’s Texas.”
Rim-shot.
Everybody get it? He’s the kind of white, middle-aged guy liberals love to hate who says he wants to send a respected, accomplished Hispanic woman back to wherever she came from. Of course, he meant Texas! He’s a Dem, so he couldn’t possibly have meant any kind of ethnic slur, right?
For the record, Martinez really is from Texas. That mean’s she’s a native-born American citizen who became a career prosecutor in New Mexico and parlayed her ambition, ability and talent into her state’s highest office.

Webber, meanwhile, made his fortune as the founder of a technology magazine called “Fast Company” and moved to New Mexico in 2003. (He isn’t just one more Democrat trying to win the primary to challenge Martinez. He’s such a progressive Dem he’s got ties to the liberal terrorists of the Weathermen organization, according to the Republican Governors Association.)

The Dems will say he’s praising her hygiene.
