Like many of his predecessors, White House press secretary Jay Carney has admirably learned to obfuscate, fudge, misdirect, prevaricate, skate around, and circumvent the direct “yes or no question,” as he so amply demonstrated on Thursday.

Carney waffled, dodging the question time and time again, as the RealClearPolitics video clearly reveals.
