Memorial Day is more than barbeques and automobile sales. In fact, Memorial Day has been celebrated since the Civil War, when it was known as Decoration Day.
During the Civil War, the day commemorated Union and Confederate soldiers who died, but all by the 20th century, all Americans who had served their country were honored, according to Wikipedia.
This video is a poignant remembrance of the men and women who have died giving their all to their country. Remember them this Memorial Day.
