Former Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell shared the couch Wednesday with the “Fox and Friends” crew and offered his take on the Veterans Administration health care scandal, to include a simple fix to the problem.
Luttrell, author of the book “Lone Survivor,” his personal account of a mission gone horribly awry in the mountains of Afghanistan, suggested that if “Senators … had to go for their VA to get care, it would probably get fixed.”

The real-life lone survivor also said a voucher program should be in place for combat veterans that would allow them to seek care in the private healthcare system as an alternative to the VA.
