After a sabbatical that ended sooner than some hoped, Sandra Fluke is back in the limelight once again.
Or, at least, she is trying her best to be.
Now a candidate for the California state senate, Fluke’s claim to fame is being called a “slut.” At least, that’s how the Democrat described it in a press release that said “national radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh generated a Tsunami of protest when he publicly called Fluke a ‘slut,’” according to The Daily Caller.

Fluke’s most interesting action of late has been to offer advice to mothers in the lead up to Mother’s Day. As a woman “demanding free birth control,” she was plugging an upcoming appearance on MSNBC to “talk about what moms *really* need.”
The irony did not escape her fellow Twitter users, as Twitchy documented:
