Greta Van Susteren told Hill reporters that she only sang karaoke one time in North Korea and promises to play the “evidence” on her show the last night it airs.
The Hill and “Entertainment Tonight’s” White House Correspondents’ Association dinner cocktail party, where Van Susteren was one of the guests, brought Hollywood glam to DC Friday night..
The Hill reported:
Held on an outdoor patio with a view of the gleaming white Capitol building and the Washington monument, the Hollywood regulars mixed and mingled with journalists, lobbyists and D.C. bigwigs, as well as lawmakers, including Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.V.), Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) and Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-N.Y.)
Guests sipped cocktails and danced, as Connor Cruise — Tom Cruise’s son — deejayed the event.
Van Susteren had singing on her mind after spending some time on the ride over in a limo with one-time “American Idol” contestant and “Smash” star Katharine McPhee, according to the Hill.
McPhee said the Fox News host was telling her about all the tips she had learned from other interesting singers before giving her a little taste of her own limited talent.
