Judge Napolitano fearful of what’s going to come next in Nevada

Fox News senior legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano said he was “a little fearful” about coming events in the standoff between Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and Bureau of Land Management officers, especially in light of a recent statement made by the U.S. Senate majority leader.

After the dramatic events were diffused when the federal officers left the area, Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nv., told a Reno TV station, “it’s not over.”

Napolitano said Tuesday that in light of the senator’s remarks, he was apprehensive, telling Fox News’ Ed Henry that “No one really knows what it means by ‘this is not over.’”

He expects the feds “probably will move back in,” and if they’re met by the same show of force, it may not end well.

“A lot of patriotic Americans don’t like the federal government using guns to do what they should be doing with paper and pencil,” said Napolitano, adding that Reid’s former chief of staff is now a top official at the BLM.
