Proving that the apple does not fall far from the tree, former Democrat congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr., found himself being accused of stirring up trouble in prison, resulting in a transfer to a different facility.
According to the Chicago Sun-Times, a source told them that Jackson “had been advising other inmates in North Carolina about their rights in prison… [and] a guard took exception to that.”
It would appear that ‘agitating’ is in the blood.
Jackson ended up spending four or five days in solitary confinement as a result of the incident that took place more than a month ago, but was later cleared of any wrongdoing at a hearing, according to the Sun-Times.

The disgraced Democrat has been serving a 30-month sentence at a Tar Heel State prison for illegally diverting $750,000 in campaign funds for personal use, to include purchasing luxury items for himself.
Family members confirmed that Jackson was transferred to a minimum-security federal prison in Montgomery, Ala. — ironically, the Huffington Post noted, the very facility he listed as his preferred choice before being sentenced.
CBS Chicago reported that the Montgomery prison has a drug treatment program, whereas the N.C. facility did not — Jackson is said to suffer from bipolar disorder and depression.
A condition he continues to battle, according to his well known father.
“He’s been very disciplined in his health-recovery regimen,” the Rev. Jesse Jackson told the Sun-Times. “He’s been doing a lot of reading and writing.”
