Prank it FWD: What if a cop handed you money instead of a ticket?

A video depicting police engaging in positive reinforcement by pulling unsuspecting motorists over and handing them $100 bills for their safe driving habits went viral. It got posted Wednesday and by Sunday it racked up over 2.6 million views.

Break.com’s Andy Signor appeared on Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends Weekend” to talk about the gag.

“We’re known for pranks, we wanted to give back though and do some positive themed pranks,” Signor said. “One of the ideas that we jumped at immediately was this thought of ‘what if we got a cop to pull people over, but instead of for the purposes they normally pull them over, actually tell them the great things they were doing as drivers, pay them cash, and have them go on their way.’”

The prank is a part of Break.com’s “Prank it FWD” campaign it’s running this month, in which it will donate $1 for every 1,000 views.
