A heart-stopping video captured the daring rescue of a construction worker from a massive fire that engulfed a $50 million luxury apartment building under construction in Houston, Texas.
Firefighters raced to reach the man, who was forced to take evasion action to escape the flames by dropping to a balcony below. Just as an extended ladder reached him, the entire top floor collapsed from the raging five-alarm fire.
