“Duck Dynasty” star Willie Robertson gave 10-year-old Josh Schreck quite a tour of the Duck Commander warehouse, but it ended with a surprise the young boy hadn’t imagined.
When Robertson opened a large door at the end of the tour, Josh was overwhelmed to see his dad, Sgt. Scott Schreck standing there.
Schreck’s older son, Joseph, had put the plan in place by contacting Robertson and letting him know that he had met Shreck in Afghanistan during a USO tour.
“I’ve always wanted to be a part of that,” Robertson said on Fox and Friends via phone. “I love those reunion stories. Then they said that I had met Scott over in Kandahar and I thought, well we got to do this. … Being able to be a part of that was just really special.”
