New Jersey residents got a firsthand taste of the left’s well-planned political theater at a town hall Thursday with Gov. Chris Christie.

A number of hecklers stood separately and disparaged the governor as residents in Mount Laurel, N.J., tried to ask questions, but Christie was having none of it, according to video posted by ABC News.

“Listen, either sit down and keep quiet or get out, one or the other,” he told one activist. “We are done with you.”

The man opted for his second choice, with the assistance of law enforcement.

The hecklers harassed Christie by shouting about the questionable use of Hurricane Sandy relief funding and the George Washington Bridge lane closure scandal, dubbed “Bridgegate” by an over-eager media.

In all, six hecklers were ejected from the event, including one identified as working with the far-left Working Family Alliance, according to CBS News.

“I really love youthful enthusiasm, I really do,” Christie told the audience. “And these folks who come in here today, ginned up for their own partisan purposes, you see they’re getting exactly what they want, because they get taken out, they get attention, and then press follows them out and interviews them.”
