While Mitt Romney may have accepted Melissa Harris-Perry‘s apology for mocking his adopted black grandson, author and political commentator Ann Coulter was not as forgiving, suggesting that Harris-Perry was the “token” African-American at MSNBC.
Pulling a page out of the liberal playbook, Fox News’ Sean Hannity continues to pound away at Harris-Perry over the incident. Rejecting a heartfelt apology she offered Saturday, Hannity suggested it was more about “saving one’s job,” and invited Coulter on to give her take.
Coulter joked that the apology may have been prompted “by a heartfelt email from her boss.”

“It’s particularly good having Melissa Harris Perry, of all people, make fun of a black child in the Romney family as a token,” Coulter added. “What does she think she is at MSNBC?”
As the two discussed the obsession with race at MSNBC, Coulter pointed out how there has been an “explosion” of racism charges since President Obama came onto the scene.
“Unfortunately for liberals, there is no more racism in America,” she asserted. “There is more cholera in America than there is racism.”
