It turns out bringing a smile to the face of a deployed soldier is still a top priority to some American celebrities.
Jep and Willie Robertson of the Duck Dynasty joined U.S. Army General Martin E. Dempsey and other celebrities to kick off a week-long USO tour.
The famous Louisiana duo has been visiting posts in Afghanistan where the team is shaking a lot of hands, signing autographs and posing for pictures, according to Independent Journal Review.
According to the Review, “Willie Robertson, who has been floated as a Republican candidate for a Louisiana Congressional seat, even joined Gen. Dempsey on stage to give a rousing performance of Robertson’s song ‘Hairy Christmas.’”
