A common theme already playing out in Hillary Clinton‘s highly anticipated presidential run is an attempt by her camp to take any questions centering around her qualifications off the table from the jump.
This theme is part of a “nauseating” media drumbeat already underway for the former Secretary of State to be the next president, according to Newsbusters’ Noel Sheppard.
Hollywood moonbat Rob Reiner reverberated this theme Friday on HBO’s “Real Time” with Bill Maher. “If she decides to run, you will have the single most qualified person ever to run for President of the United States,” the actor told Maher.
Ironically, Reiner is a great example of art imitating life, as he once played the character “Meathead” in the famed 1970s sitcom “All in the Family.” Although, Michael “Meathead” Stivic had nothing on Reiner when it comes to being a bleeding heart liberal.
Sheppard puts Reiner’s rather definitive comment that Hillary would be “the single most qualified person ever” into proper perspective when he asked:
More qualified than George Washington who led our troops to victory against the British?
More qualified than Thomas Jefferson who wrote the Declaration of Independence?
More qualified than John Adams who was a pivotal figure in achieving our independence?
More qualified than Abraham Lincoln? And Franklin Delano Roosevelt? And Ronald Reagan?
