You can’t make this stuff up. “Whatever” has become the new “What difference does it make” in an administration that pretty much just doesn’t give a damn about any of us.
While testifying in front of the U.S. Congress Wednesday, a member of President Obama‘s cabinet actually resorted to answering a question like a flippant teenager.
An irritated Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said “whatever” – complete with  with the requisite hand-toss and eye roll – when asked if President Obama was ultimately responsible for the Healthcare.gov mess.
