Former Press Secretary Dana Perino jabbed the GOP in a snarky tweet that showed she believes her party will face consequences over the government shutdown showdown.
While waiting for the House to vote on the Senate bill to reopen the government, Perino told Bill O’Reilly Wednesday night, “On balance, if this was a battle, the Democrats definitely won.” Â And she said the American people were more “fed up” with Republicans than President Obama or the Democrats.
She also tweeted:
The GOP is like kids who lose a game & have to walk by the other team with slouched shoulders muttering “good game, good game, good game.”

But on Thursday, Perino went a bit further, writing:
The RNC set to announce the location of the next GOP convention…abandoned phone booth. Should be plenty of meeting space in there.
