Recalling then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s words about the Affordable Care Act, “We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what’s in it,” she was asked by a reporter whether, now that three years had passed, she herself had read the bill, together with the 10,535 pages of regulations associated with it.
The question was posed to the California Democrat by a CNS reporter at the Capitol Visitors Center at the close of her weekly press conference. She didn’t answer.
Maybe she’s hard of hearing.
