Louisiana state Sen. Elbert Guillory announced the formation of a new PAC titled, “Free At Last,” and agreed to serve as its honorary chairman out of a belief “that the Republican Party has ceded the black vote long enough.” In this powerful video, he remarks that “Liberalism has nearly destroyed black America, and now it’s time for blackAmerica to return the favor.”
When Guillory announced his move to the GOP side of the isle in June, he used the words of the late Martin Luther King, Jr. and said he was “free at last” of the chains of the Democratic Party.
