The campaign team for U.S. Sen. Mitch McConnell released a very powerful ad Wednesday slamming President Obama over the Internal Revenue Service scandal.

The two-minute and 40 second ad is an unrelenting visual and vocal attack on Obama and those senior officials in the IRS who claim they knew nothing of the ongoing targeting of conservative groups over the years.

“No president, from either party, is more powerful than the Constitution of the United States,” McConnell says.

And, at the end, you will hear some of the most chilling words Obama has ever spoken.
