Three additional suspects were arrested in connection with the Boston Marathon bombing investigation, Boston police reported shortly before noon on Wednesday.
The three are said to be in the custody of the FBI.
Two of the suspects were allegedly arrested Saturday, April 19 on student visa violations by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the New York Daily News reported.
The Daily Caller reported two of the three drove the vehicle with the “Terrorista #1” license plate; a story you can read more about from BizPac Review.
Two are believed to be University of Mass. Dartmouth students and all friends of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. One is an American citizen, the other two are not.

Multiple sources have now confirmed the two non American students are from Kazakhstan and were photographed with Dzhokhar in Times Square last year.
According to CBS News Boston, the three additional suspects were questioned on details that happened after the bombing.
Two of the suspects have been charged with “conspiracy to obstruct justice,” and the third with”making false statements.”
CNN reported the false statement was lying to authorities about having knowledge of the Tsarnaev’s whereabouts after the bombing. The  obstruction of justice charge is because two of the suspects allegedly removed evidence, including fireworks, from Dzhokhar’s dorm room at his request.
The suspects are expected to appear in federal court, possibly Wednesday afternoon.

A second tweet was sent shortly after saying there was no threat to the public.
A link to the Boston Police Department’s website was posted, but the site was temporarily unavailable, most likely due to excessive traffic.
Three people were killed in the bombing and 260 others were maimed or injured on April 15.
An MIT police officer was also allegedly killed by suspects Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
