“Hi folks, it’s tax day,” begins Texas Land Commissioner candidate George P. Bush in a campaign video released Monday. “Otherwise known as Barack Obama’s favorite day of the year.”
Bush is the son of former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and nephew and grandson of two former presidents — 41 and 43.
“And while our president os celebrating higher taxes and bigger government, here in Texas we’re creating jobs and building economic opportunity for everyone.” he continues. “And we’re doing this despite the federal government and its biggest cheerleader, President Barack Obama.”
I’m not quite certain what Bush’s message has to do with his bid for Texas Land Commissioner, but it’s certainly entertaining.
