Project Veritas has confirmed what we’ve suspected all along — in the vast majority of cases, police can’t stop or prevent a crime from happening. They can only mop up the scene and investigate the crime afterwards.
The group, started by James O’Keefe, has in the past tackled such subjects as voter fraud and union corruption. Their latest project is gun control.
Project Veritas visited police stations across the country to ask law enforcement officers one basic question: How can we protect ourselves in the event of an armed break-in?
The answers were sobering. “Go get some bleach. Go get ammonia,” one officer instructed. Yet another officer instructed the undercover journalist to, “lock yourself in a bedroom” and “start yelling and screaming,” according to Project Veritas
