Jay Leno can see right through the Obama administration’s scare tactics on the budget sequester.
Last week, Leno presented a mock White House ad on NBC’s “Tonight Show,” claiming “the world as we know it will change forever.” For example, “old people will be sent to Europe and will likely end up in Ikea meatballs.”
