A new video from the National Rifle Association’s Institute for Legislative Action shows how President Obama’s own experts say his new gun control policies won’t work without certain requirements — requirements the agency’s executive director, Chris Cox, said are an “illegal abuse of privacy and freedom unprecedented in our history.”
