Woman runs over her husband for allowing Obama win

An Arizona woman allegedly admitted to being so angry with her husband for not voting on election day, that she ran him down with her jeep in a public parking lot.

According to ABC affiliate KNXV-TV15 in Phoenix, 28 year old Holly Solomon got into an argument over the outcome of the presidential race with her husband Saturday. The argument escalated to assault when she ran him down with her vehicle.

Witnesses said that Daniel Solomon tried to hide behind light poles for safety, but his wife kept after him with the jeep, screaming at him the whole time. She eventually hit him, pinning him against a curb.

According to the report, he is in critical condition at an area hospital. She has been arrested on charges of aggravated assault and domestic violence.

Solomon reportedly blamed the incident on her anger and worry over what her family will have to endure under four more hard years of the Obama administration.

Police said that Solomon was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
