Allen West remembers our heroes on Memorial Day

The South Florida National Cemetery’s 4th annual Memorial Day Ceremony, honoring those who gave all, was held on Monday, May 30. Among the speakers were U.S. Rep. Allen West and U.S. Rep. Ted Deutch, who both spoke of the sacrifices our veterans have made in the line of duty. The ceremony also included the opening and closing invocation from Rabbi Alan Sherman, the presentation of colors and wreaths, the playing of Taps, and the singing of the National Anthem by Lou Galterio.
