Kelly Blasts Grayson for McChrystal Comments
OCALA, Fla. (June 24, 2010) – Conservative small businessman Kurt Kelly, a candidate for Florida’s Eighth Congressional District, blasted Alan Grayson for his recent comments disparaging General Stanley McChrystal.
“Alan Grayson needs to apologize to General McChrystal and to all of our fighting men and women of the military for his disparaging remarks directed towards the General and the mission that they are doing for our country. Grayson shamelessly uses any opportunity to disgrace our military and weaken our nation by not supporting those who protect our freedom,” said Kelly.
Kelly currently serves district 24 in the Florida House of Representatives. He is challenging Alan Grayson for the district eight congressional seat. Kelly has recently been endorsed by the Associated Industries of Florida, Congressman Cliff Stearns, Florida House Speaker Larry Cretul and elected officials from Orange, Lake, Osceola, Marion Counties and from throughout the state.
